Design Sprint is an EESTEC Operational Event focused on developing EESTECers’ creative and designing skills. One of EESTEC’s International teams is, in fact, the Design Team, which provides most of our projects with imaginative publications. So, in order to expand this team and continue its amazing work, Design Sprint will gather motivated people from various LCs, who are willing to take on the most challenging and difficult areas of design.
This Sprint is an amazing opportunity to exchange ideas and transfer knowledge from different designers all around EESTEC. After the event, participants will become members of EESTEC Design Team on International level. They will have the chance to exercise everything they learned during this event and work in a magnificent team.
Also, participants will have the chance to visit Belgrade, get to know our culture and tradition and exchange knowledge and experiences with their colleagues from Serbia.
EESTEC LC Belgrade
EESTEC Local Committee Belgrade was founded in the year 2000 and is proud to say that during these 14 years it gave many Electrical Engineering students a chance to see the Europe, learn about other cultures and work on their personal and professional improvement.
With more than 250 members LC Belgrade is one of the best organized local committees. In past ten years students of our school have been creating this image with utmost care. Though at the moment many of them are employed people and are connected to EESTEC through Alumni section, we can still count on their advice and references.
The projects our LC organizes are various: apart from workshops and exchanges where we host our colleagues from all over Europe, we also take care of our own members on IT contests, seminars, motivational weekends and other kinds of gatherings which purpose is to strengthen famous EESTEC spirit.
Our latest projects include:
Brand New Engineers 2014 - participants had the chance to hear from University professors about the non-academic projects they currently work on. It was also a great place to inquire about job opportunities upon graduation.
JobFair 14 - JobFair is the largest annual event EESTEC LC Belgrade organizes in collaboration with BEST Belgrade (Board of European Students of Technology). It featured over 50 companies that are seeking to employ engineers.
Belgrade State of Mind vol2 - international exchange that allowed 15 participants to visit Belgrade and learn more about our tradition and culture.
